Expand Beyond Corp. Awarded Major Wireless Patent
Far-Reaching Patent Covers the Mobile Control of Computer Systems and
Applications
CHICAGO, IL. September 3, 2004 Expand Beyond Corp., a leader in real-time mobile business
software, announced it has been awarded a fundamental and broad patent by the
U.S. Patent and Trademark office. Titled "System, Method, and Apparatus
for the Wireless Monitoring and Management of Computer Systems," the
patent has an extensive list of 46 approved claims � making it one of the most
comprehensive and far-reaching patents awarded in the mobile business software
industry to date.

U.S. Patent Number 6,772,169 describes monitoring and managing systems such

screens of handhelds � a barrier that companies face when attempting to develop
mobile applications. The patent additionally discloses systems for graphing
